Q: I was looking for FluvalParts.com, what gives?
A: In August 2014 we changed the name from FluvalParts.com to Aquarium Parts Warehouse. Same great selection, same great prices, just a different name.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart, however, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: 1st do not throw anything away, this includes the shipping box and any packing material. Determine if there is ANY damage to the shipping box, i.e. dents, crushed tear, etc. Please call us at 530-391-1881 or email us at orders@fluvalparts.com


Q: What if I change my mind and want to return the item?
A: Please call us first at 530-391-1881. As long as you have not opened the item and it is returned with original packaging, you may return it, however, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be imposed and the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Q: What if item is missing or backordered?
A: We do everything possible to make sure your order is complete when we ship, however, at times when we do run out of a certain item. we will ship what we do have in stock to you and then ship the backordered item as soon as we get more in. If an item is missing, please call us at 530-391-1881.

Q: Is my personal info sold or shared with others?
A: In one word, NO. Your info is kept private and not sold or distributed to any other companies.

Q: My credit card statement says the charge was processed by PetMeister, who is this?
A: Our parent company is PetMeister.com and all credit cards are processed through the one account

Q: What method do you ship international orders?
A: We use only USPS 1st Class or Priority International Mail. For the most part this is quicker and alleviates tariffs .On heavier items, we use UPS Ground to Canada only
